Co-ops & Internships

Start big. Grow fast. Early careers at Church & Dwight

We’re a 5,000-person consumer goods company behind some of America’s most recognized household brands. Small enough that your work gets noticed. Big enough that it matters.

Our paid corporate internships and co-ops give rising juniors, seniors and first year graduate students real ownership from day one. Not just exposure. You’ll present to leadership, contribute to live brand challenges and build a track record that follows you into your career.

Our programs are based at our headquarters in Ewing, NJ and our Global R&D Center in Princeton, NJ. Most roles run on a hybrid schedule, three days in office per week.

Why Church & Dwight is different

Most consumer goods internships come with a shadow track and a lot of observation. Ours don't.

You own the work. Students are embedded in functional teams from the start and given real projects that align to entry-level roles. Not busy work. Not admin. Actual work you can talk to.

You get in the room. With a smaller corporate population than most of our rivals, you gain visibility and leadership exposure quickly. Including executive-level engagement.

You're part of a cohort. 40-60 interns each cycle join in on structured events, peer connection and a community built around the work.

The hiring process moves fast. Super Day interviews with offers made within a few days after. We won't string you along.

There's a path forward. High-performing interns are considered for continued opportunities. Early Careers alumni have progressed into full-time roles across the business.

This is often an intern-to-full-time pathway, not a one-off.

What your summer looks like

Internships

  • Ten weeks, late May to early August. Here’s what to expect:
