Why Church & Dwight is different
Most consumer goods internships come with a shadow track and a lot of observation. Ours don't.
You own the work. Students are embedded in functional teams from the start and given real projects that align to entry-level roles. Not busy work. Not admin. Actual work you can talk to.
You get in the room. With a smaller corporate population than most of our rivals, you gain visibility and leadership exposure quickly. Including executive-level engagement.
You're part of a cohort. 40-60 interns each cycle join in on structured events, peer connection and a community built around the work.
The hiring process moves fast. Super Day interviews with offers made within a few days after. We won't string you along.
There's a path forward. High-performing interns are considered for continued opportunities. Early Careers alumni have progressed into full-time roles across the business.
This is often an intern-to-full-time pathway, not a one-off.
