As marketing manager of the ARM & HAMMER™ master brand—including cat litter, toothpaste and Spinbrush—I lead brand strategy development and the innovation pipeline in Canada. I’m also involved with communications and the commercialization of my brands.

I’m most proud of leading the development and launch of ARM & HAMMER™ baking soda pouches in Canada. Drawing on key consumer insights about usage, we developed a strategy and sold to one of our retailers here in Canada. When I first saw the pouch in a Canadian Tire store, I was so proud of the part I played in bringing the idea to life.

I find a lot of satisfaction in working on cross-functional teams to bring an idea into the market.
