Warehouse Operator
Pay: $25.41 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Job Description
General Summary: The Warehouse will support the warehouse area while following all company safety rules and regulations as it relates to the job.
Essential Functions:
- Log in and run a safety checklist on a forklift at the start of each shift.
- Safely operate a forklift transporting components and finished goods pallets.
- Ensure dock lock is engaged before entering trailer prior to loading or unloading materials.
- Ensure carrier in door and carrier on pick list or Bill of Lading match prior to loading or unloading.
- Able to pick and drop off components safely and stage them is designated areas using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) forklift mounted scanner gun with monitor.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of finished goods order loading. Maintain cleanliness of plant.
- Practice and maintain safe conditions throughout the shift. Report back to supervisor in what is deemed a timely manner when job duties are complete for the next assignment.
- Receive components into WMS with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to line return components accurately and according to company policy.
- Participates in all job related safety training and personally complies with all safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Computer Skills:
- Basic computer functions, knowledge of WMS or other warehouse management system.
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Physical ability to handle pieces of freight that weigh at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to drive a forklift and any other type of material handling equipment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
Education and Work Experience required:
- Hight School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to drive a forklift.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Basic computer skills and good math, written, verbal and organizational skills.
- Excellent hand –eye coordination required.
- Must have good working knowledge of GMP’s, SOP’s, and JSA’s
Compensation & Benefits
The US base salary for this full-time position is $25.41. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
