We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global M&A Integration Lead to lead the successful execution of mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activities across our global business. Reporting to the Global Head of M&A Integrations, IT PMO and Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for translating transaction objectives into structured integration plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring business readiness throughout the integration lifecycle.

This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional programme leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver seamless integrations that support value creation, operational continuity, compliance, and long-term business success.

The Role

As M&A Integration Lead, you will be responsible for driving integration execution from planning through stabilization, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule, risks are effectively managed, and all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process. You will play a critical role in coordinating multiple workstreams across diverse geographies, functions, and operating environments while supporting strategic business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A integration plans across domestic and international transactions.

  • Coordinate activities across key functions including IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Change Management.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation pathways.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures to deliver consistent and effective integration outcomes.
  • Produce executive-level reports, risk summaries, integration dashboards, and readiness assessments.
  • Lead cutover planning, transition management, stabilization activities, and operational handovers.
  • Ensure business continuity, customer service excellence, compliance, and data integrity throughout integration activities.
  • Monitor project performance against timeline, scope, quality, budget, synergy, and value-realisation objectives.
  • Support due diligence and pre-close planning by assessing integration complexity, resource requirements, and key execution risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing integration playbooks, methodologies, governance frameworks, and lessons learned.
  • Coach project teams and workstream leads on integration best practice, milestone management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering M&A integrations, business transformation programmes, or large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Experience working across international markets and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in M&A integration, programme management, consulting, business transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management, and business readiness activities.
