Job Summary

The Touchland General Manager and Vice President will be responsible for the brand’s global strategy, execution, and results, with full profit-and-loss ownership. This role will lead the end-to-end transformation of the business across brand, innovation, and creative functions and will play a critical part in delivering global brand, financial, market-share, and expansion objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial, financial, operational, and marketing expertise, with a proven ability to set a strategic vision and translate it into short- and long-term results.


About the Role

This role will involve hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, global support, and strategic influence across Church & Dwight. This leader will report to the Executive Vice President, President, International and Specialty Products Division. The role supports a New York brand hub, a Miami office, and international locations.

Work Environment

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ or New York City.

  • Ewing, NJ requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
  • NYC requires in-person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, with remote work options on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Set the global strategic direction for Touchland and lead implementation of the five-year strategic roadmap, including domestic and international growth opportunities.
  • Business and Financial Ownership: Maintain daily oversight of the business and full profit-and-loss accountability, delivering sustained improvements in revenue quality, gross margin, operating income, cash flow, market share, and profitability.
  • Annual Planning and Execution: Lead annual business planning and define the strategies, tactics, resources, pricing, marketing investment, and integrated marketing plans required to achieve sales and profit objectives.
  • Brand Transformation and Stewardship: Guide the U.S. strategy from prestige beauty into broader mainstream channels while protecting brand equity and accelerating global expansion.
  • Optimization and Improvements: Drive profit-led growth by balancing brand investment with productivity, pricing power, mix management, innovation return on investment, and rapid corrective action.
  • Data and Analytics: Use fact-based analysis to make strategic tradeoff decisions and monitor key financial and brand metrics each quarter.
  • Innovation and Creative Leadership: Support brand-relevant innovation, packaging, advertising, content, and pipeline sufficiency, with attention to incrementality, margin accretion, and resource requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Sales Strategy, Digital Growth, Connected Commerce, International, Supply Chain, Research and Development, Finance, and other Church & Dwight functions to drive growth and profitability.
  • People Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, inspire, and manage the broader Touchland team, including direct leadership of brand, innovation, creative, and consumer engagement capabilities.
  • Executive Communication: Serve as the single point of accountability for business performance and communicate decisions, risks, opportunities, and required actions to executive and cross-functional leaders.

Education and Experience Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 15+ years of marketing or commercial experience.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience with profit-and-loss analysis and management.
  • Strong proficiency in sales and revenue growth management.
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent business and people results and to adapt business plans to changing market conditions.
  • Highly analytical, action-oriented, and decisive leadership style with strong managerial and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to define a vision, establish direction, simplify complex information, and motivate teams to meet or exceed goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence executive leaders across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Consumer packaged goods, personal care, or beauty industry experience.
  • Global brand or international business experience.
  • Digital marketing experience, including electronic commerce, retail media, direct-to-consumer channels, and social media.
  • Track record of advancing best-in-class marketing practices and raising standards of marketing excellence.
  • Strong industry awareness, intellectual curiosity, digital fluency, and the ability to build productive working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000 – $353,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan, with company match and profit-sharing, and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.


The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
