Job Summary                                     
Church & Dwight is seeking a Brand Manager A&H Laundry Additives (Scent Boosters), to join our team. This role is responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) of assigned brand(s). It oversees strategic and tactical operation of brand(s) to deliver results and set up brand(s) for future success.

Work Environment  

  • Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. 

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities           

  • Provide effective marketing management, while controlling marketing P&L budget within approved levels.

  • Develop consumer and customer-centric marketing strategies to build share, sales, and profit.

  • Develop and execute effective marketing plans for assigned brand(s) in partnership with agencies.

  • Lead initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive top line and bottom line results.

  • Leverage market research and insights to inform decision-making.

  • Lead business analysis and reporting for assigned brand(s) with emphasis on utilizing data to drive action.

  • Develop integrated and holistic marketing strategies to build share.

Education and Experience                                                          

  • BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred

  • 5+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics)

  • Experience in category analysis and forecasting

  • Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques

  • Experience with P&L analysis

  • Ability to lead complex, strategic projects through to commercialization

  • Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams in conversations and in presentations

Compensation and Benefits 

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900-$157,900. This position is also eligible for a bonus. 

As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.   

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
