Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr Associate Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager, to join our team.

About the Role

Church & Dwight | Arm & Hammer Pet Care 

Natural Cat Litter is one of the fastest-growing segments in a $4.3B category and Litter Additives is a growing segment where Arm & Hammer is the leader.  We’re looking for an early-career marketer who wants to help build these segments to their potential. As Sr. Associate Brand Manager, you’ll get hands-on experience driving a high-growth, high-visibility business under the iconic Arm & Hammer name, with a seat at the table on everything from innovation to in-store activation.

Work Environment  

  • Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. 

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Bring campaigns to life. Take the lead on executing marketing activities across consumer and trade promotions, special packs, sampling, PR programs and in-store displays - building the end-to-end execution skills. 
  • Become a data-driven decision maker. Own product forecasting, supply chain and analysis of syndicated data (Circana).
  • Help shape the creative. Partner with your manager to brief external creative agencies and steer projects through key development milestones, impacting how the brand shows up to consumers. 
  • Build category expertise fast. Immerse yourself in the natural litter and litter additives segments and become the go-to expert on the competitive landscape, channels, and what makes cat parents choose one brand over another. 
  • Collaborate daily with sales, supply chain, R&D, and agency partners, building the relationships and business acumen. 
  • Make an outsized impact. As part of a lean, fast-moving team, your ideas and initiative will directly influence business results. 
     

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred. 
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, or a marketing internship with a CPG company. 
  • Category analysis and forecasting
  • Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques. 
  • Curiosity, energy, and a bias for action — you’re excited to roll up your sleeves and grow fast. 

Compensation and Benefits 

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. 

As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.   

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
