Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Community Manager. We are looking for a talented Associate to join our newly established Digital Strategy team within the Touchland marketing team. We manage the holistic full-funnel digital strategy and deployment to impact consumers across all points of the digital journey. This role specifically focuses on managing the vibrant social communities across the Touchland brand
About the Role
The Associate Community Manager is responsible for content strategy, content creation, daily posting, monitoring, and engaging with our community. This role requires strategic planning and amplification of major campaigns and product launches in partnership with key agency partners on social. Influencer discovery, negotiations and contracting is also an important workstream. This role will be expected to achieve high growth for social platform followings and engagement, providing in-depth, analytical, monthly reports on KPIs.
Work Environment: This role is open to both hybrid and remote candidates, with a preference for a hybrid work arrangement. The final work location arrangement will be determined during the interview process based on candidate location and business requirements.
Remote: If designated as remote, the role will be performed on a remote basis, with occasional in-person attendance required as business needs dictate.
Hybrid: If designated as hybrid, the role will be based in Ewing, NJ or New York City.
NYC requires in- person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, with remote work options on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Develop, execute and post best-in-class social content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and Pinterest, as well as assisting with content ideation and creation.
Lead the organic and paid media asset placement and performance
Ensure community questions, comments and related opportunities are answered within 24hours; Provide a well-executed, high-touch experience when escalation required
Monitor social media platforms for UGC, product feedback, relevant trends, etc.
KPI Tracking: Define and track success metrics monthly.
Key member of the inter-agency team accountable for annual Brand plans and responsible for ideation and execution of strategic social initiatives
Create, curate, and post social media content.
Lead the organic and paid media asset placement and performance.
Spearhead influencer marketing initiatives to create and implement a comprehensive strategy across brands and social channels.
Cultivate influencer network from discovery, recruitment and contracting through relationship management.
Work with cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis to support all areas of the business through social media initiatives.
Complete campaigns performance analysis and reporting on KPIs.
Attend meetings with cross-functional and inter-agency teams, capture action items and execute on aligned plan.
Able to execute digital marketing campaigns.
Skills and Competencies
Tech Skills
Leverage a deep knowledge of best practices to develop effective best in class content, community management, social listening, organic and paid social media tools.
Experience in Affiliate Marketing is preferred
Leverage Google analytics tools to optimize performance and drive business results.
Functional understanding of analytics and attribution modeling tools for campaign measurement
Stay up to date with evolving MarTech landscape and share best tools to improve current process and output
Apply rigor in critical thinking and quantitative/qualitative analysis to draw out trends, issues, opportunities (finds the true meaning in the consumer learning) from different tech platforms.
Leadership Skills
A passion for social media trends, culture, and content
Has a bias for action and is orientated towards achieving results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Elevate thought leadership and excellence in social media best practices.
Capitalize on new opportunities and trends to formulate plan
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
3 + years related experience – with demonstrated success working in top social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - previous community management and copywriting experience preferred.
Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Ability to do in-house editing of social & video content is a plus.
Experience working with social analytics and planning tools.
Understand that social media is 24/7 and may require monitoring the community on off hours; willing to work after hours or on weekends to support events.

Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
