As our CAPA Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for root cause analysis and risk assessment. You’ll manage deviations, lead investigations, and ensure robust corrective and preventive actions that keep our operations compliant and efficient.

This role is based in Folkestone, Kent at our Manufacturing Plant for 3 days per week, working the remaining 2 days remotely.  On a Fixed term bases for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations into complex quality issues and deviations.
  • Coordinate and manage CAPA processes, ensuring timely closure and effectiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Analyse data, trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support audits and act as SME for internal and external reviews.

Education & Experience:

  • Extensive Quality Assurance experience in Cosmetics or Medical Devices.
  • Qualified Lead Auditor (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
  • Lean Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in root cause analysis and risk management.
  • Skilled in data analysis, trend reporting, and stakeholder communication.

We’re looking for a confident communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You’ll be highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and comfortable working across all levels of the business. Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex issues are essential.

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
