Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, due diligence and integration projects.
Manage external counsel to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective legal support.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision‑making at all levels.

Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or equivalent jurisdiction).
7–10+ years’ experience in commercial law within a leading law firm and/or in‑house.
Strong experience negotiating international commercial agreements.
Experience in consumer goods, technology or digital sectors preferred.
Exposure to multi‑jurisdictional environments and distributor networks advantageous.
Additional European language (French or German) beneficial.
You’ll be a commercially astute and pragmatic legal professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable working across multiple geographies and functions, you can translate complex legal concepts into clear business advice. You’re proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and balance legal risk with commercial opportunity.
This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
In return we offer a competitive package, including a generous car allowance, bonus, long-term incentive plan, 24 days annual leave, a pension matched up to 9%, life assurance cover, private medical insurance and membership of a health cash plan.
