Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Pricing and Price-Pack Architecture, to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team in developing pricing and price-pack architecture (PPA) strategies that align to brand strategies to maximize revenue, market share and profitability. You will partner closely with the business unit teams to support the pricing strategy recommendations that are grounded in analytical rigor, drive value creation and deliver on portfolio and P&L objectives.
Work Environment
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Support the Pricing Managers with analyses leveraging Circana/POS, Panel/Shopper and Financial data to optimize PPA
- Develop a deep understanding of pricing (price positioning, price slopes, elasticities, price tiers, thresholds, etc) in support of analyses and recommendations
- Support New Product Development and Market Research teams in setting price and promotional strategies for innovation; provide input requirements for analyses and research needs
- Monitor pricing execution and perform robust post-pricing analysis to measure actuals versus expectations
- Contribute to delivering RGM training, incorporating case studies with best practice sharing
- Support planning and facilitation of cross-functional PPA workshops spanning category, consumer/shopper, customer, financial, and operational inputs; translate findings into executive-ready recommendations that shape long-term portfolio and pricing strategy
- Contribute to the roadmap for RGMx, the RGM team's new pricing technology platform, by capturing enhancement requests and prioritizing future capability needs with vendors and the in-house Analytics team; help drive user adoption across commercial teams
- Build automated competitive price tracking and alerting to enable faster, more proactive insight delivery to the business unit teams. Monitor and report on category and competitive activities (pricing, promo, sizing/assortment, etc) to identify risks / opportunities
- Build, maintain, and quality-check pricing and competitive dashboards in Power BI and RGMx; partner with the Data & Analytics Office (DAO) to ensure reports are timely, accurate, and accessible to internal and field sales users
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field)
- Master’s degree in Business, Analytics or Finance is a plus
- Minimum 3-5+ years in CPG or Consulting with Pricing, Trade, Category Management or Business Analytics experience
- Strong competence in syndicated data, panel insights, and TPM/TPO systems
- Strong competence in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, report design and quality assurance); experience partnering with data and analytics teams to build and enhance reporting
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Familiarity with RGM / pricing technology platforms and tool deployment is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with strong financial / P&L acumen
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, finance and other key internal/external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple priorities; excels in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92,500-$131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
