Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking a Global Value Creation & Strategic Projects Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across the global supply chain focused on cost optimization, manufacturing modernization, process standardization, and long-term operational efficiency across Personal Care and Household categories.
About the Role
The Global Value Creation & Strategic Projects Leader will partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Corporate Engineering, Logistics, Planning, and Commercial teams to identify and execute initiatives that improve agility, resilience, and profitability across the organization. This role will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing global manufacturing transformation programs, optimizing production footprints, and managing large-scale capital investment portfolios.
Work Environment
Hybrid: The role will be based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Lead global initiatives focused on delivering significant cost savings and productivity gains across end-to-end supply chain operations.
Develop robust business cases for transformation initiatives and ensure successful execution against financial and operational targets.
Serve as PMO lead for global manufacturing transformation projects and strategic operational initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Commercial, and Engineering teams to align priorities and drive enterprise-wide synergies.
Co-design and continuously optimize Church & Dwight’s global manufacturing footprint across Personal Care and Household categories.
Lead large-scale footprint transformation initiatives including site expansions, right-sizing efforts, greenfield/brownfield projects, and technology modernization programs.
Manage multi-year, multi-site capital investment portfolios spanning processing, packaging, automation, utilities, facilities, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Drive scalable and flexible manufacturing platforms that support rapid product launches, SKU proliferation, and manufacturing agility.
Ensure capital investment decisions support long-term throughput, flexibility, quality, sustainability, and return on investment objectives.
Provide strategic leadership while maintaining a hands-on operational approach to execution and change management.
Influence and collaborate with senior leadership stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve transformation goals.
Education and Experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required.
15+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within CPG or similarly complex manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of iOpex, project management methodologies, and digital supply chain initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital investment and manufacturing modernization programs.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep experience within corporate engineering and manufacturing operations environments.
Ability to operate strategically while leading operational execution across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred.
Experience within Personal Care, Beauty, Household, or other complex consumer products manufacturing environments.
Experience optimizing global manufacturing footprints and scaling manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated success leading multi-hundred-million-dollar investment portfolios.
Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,400-$247,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
