Job Summary 

Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr. Manager of Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement to join our team. The Sr. Manager of Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement leads enterprise-wide culture, communications and engagement strategies that reinforce company values, strengthen leadership credibility, and support business priorities. This role blends strategic advisory, culture stewardship, and operational excellence to deliver meaningful experiences that connect employees to the organization’s purpose and direction.

About the Role 

This position will have one direct report that will support several of the core responsibilities this team is expected to deliver on. This role requires a hybrid schedule (T/W/TH) and flexibility to be in the office on remote days as needed.

Work Environment  

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. 

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Culture:

  • Shape a culture of connection by advising leaders on clear, intentional communication and engagement practices that build trust, clarity, and alignment.

  • Lead enterprise-wide cultural experiences and events, translating strategy and values aligned to enterprise priorities and employee experience.

  • Ensure cultural initiatives reinforce company values, business priorities, and leadership credibility, partnering with leaders to strengthen message authenticity and impact.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery—including vendor selection, timelines, and budget balancing experience quality and scalability.

Engagement:

  • You will work across teams to serve as the subject matter expert on change enablement, including change strategy design and execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication and training, project management, business process design, sustainment, and measurement.

  • Translate engagement metrics into clear executive insights that will enable practical solutions.

  • Build toolkits, messaging frameworks, and leader resources with adoption in mind.

  • Balance scale vs. customization (enterprise-wide needs vs. function-specific needs)

Internal Communications:

  • Lead strategic communications, including implementing communications strategies, managing organizational communications, multi-channel storytelling and executive communications.

  • Lead planning and execution of companywide quarterly town halls.

  • Partner with CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape agendas and messaging.

  • Coordinate speakers, content, logistics, and technology in partnership with IT, external vendors, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications or related field is required.

  • 10+ years’ experience in driving organization change, communications and/or employee engagement activities required. Prior experience in graphic design and/or marketing a strong plus.

  • Strategic communication and storytelling.

  • Executive Presence & Credibility: Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders requiring sound judgement and discretion.

  • Stakeholder Advisory, Influence and Management: Ability to translate key stakeholder needs into effective global programs.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and ability to lead and motivate through influence.

  • Growth mindset and adaptability to change.

  • Champion standardization and continuous improvement.

  • Change management framework and methodologies.*****

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Manages and develops team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Compensation and Benefits 

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,200- $185,400. This position is also eligible for a bonus. 

As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.   

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
