Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking an International Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, located at our Global Headquarters in Ewing, NJ, you will focus on supporting the business unit with a focus on project management, department communications and budget documentation.
Work Environment
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, tracking, system implementation, and communication across a large cross-functional team to support the growth of the international business.
- Prepare, track, and reconcile marketing budgets. Prepare and submit purchase orders, as needed.
- Support business development efforts through spec changes, new product system setups and maintenance, artwork coordination, managing international asset distribution.
- Coordinate department reports and communication inclusive of developing timelines, publishing key quarterly & monthly reports, communication with key stakeholders, and compiling and editing final deliverables.
- Perform routine data pulls and analysis to support international needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of work experience in a coordinator, project planning, marketing, or related role
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with experience working in database-driven systems
- Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across large, cross-functional teams
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and editing
- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $59,400-$84,500. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
