Church & Dwight is looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our Fabric Care Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting leading brands OxiClean, Arm & Hammer and Xtra, and will facilitate and assist with managing key activities for the SBU.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· System management - Support marketing priorities by effectively navigating key systems and processes to deliver projects with excellence, coordinating with cross-functional team members to maintain timelines

· Project support: Support SKU requests, COGs requests, RTM/RTS, manage supply and logistics of key components for new launches, etc.

· Billing - Manage invoicing, processing and payment tracking

· Sampling – support new product launches, media and influencer campaigns, photo shoots and display building through ownership of finished goods and component sampling processes

· Competitive reporting: Run standardized consumption reports and competitive promotions tracking

· Ad hoc: Additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree required

· 1-2+ years’ work experience in an assistant or project planning role.

· Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and experienced in working in database like systems.

· Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Skills and Competencies

· Self-motivated with a strong ability to work autonomously

· High detail orientation, collaborative worker and effective communicator across cross-functional teams

· Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills – knows who to involve and when to ensure successful execution

· Team player that can serve as the internal go-to for marketing system and process questions.
