We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Connected Commerce Senior Manager to join our team and drive our international eCommerce strategy forward.

Role Overview: As the Global Connected Commerce Lead, you will be at the forefront of identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities in the connected commerce space while accelerating our existing eCommerce channels. You will inspire sales and brand teams across the globe with your thought leadership and expertise in various international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global online sales and share reporting, consulting on new commerce opportunities.
  • Support short-term and long-term eCommerce planning for 2030 alongside International Leads.
  • Accelerate Pure Player performance and find global synergies across subsidiary and distributor markets.
  • Collaborate with local markets to identify and develop new commerce opportunities and pilot programs.
  • Enhance international performance through consulting on online portfolio/assortment, pricing, and channel/retailer strategies.
  • Advise distributor markets on eCommerce operating models and go-to-market strategies.
  • Orchestrate global tentpole calendars and identify incremental opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new eCommerce agency and e-distributor partnerships.
  • Develop a global retail media framework and retailer maturity model mapping efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will…

  • Have BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the CPG or retail industry, with at least 3+ years in global eCommerce.
  • Proven experience in building a central knowledge base to enhance acumen on working with platforms like Amazon.
  • Strong relationships with retailers and a deep understanding of the international eCommerce landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Curious and adaptive to the evolving eCommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in ambiguous environments.
  • Skilled at building trust, rapport, and influencing cross-functional and external stakeholders.
