Church & Dwight Co., Inc., a global leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, is actively searching for first-year MBA candidates from top business schools to join our Marketing Brand Management Summer Internship Program. Whom We’re Looking For
This opportunity is open to first-year, full-time MBA students who can commit to 10 weeks in Ewing, New Jersey during the summer of 2025.
At Church & Dwight, we empower our marketers to lead the strategic direction of our organization. We are looking for energetic self-starters and forward thinkers with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can drive growth through creative disruption and strong business acumen.
What We Offer
This is a 10-week paid internship, located at Church & Dwight’s Corporate office in Ewing, New Jersey. We are conveniently located off I-295 - 45 minutes from Philadelphia or 90 minutes from New York City. We enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule and are in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
Our summer MBA Brand Management Internship provides an opportunity to become an integral member of a brand team and own specific business-building projects that address current business needs. Our power brands hold the #1 or #2 position in their categories and include ARM & HAMMER™, Trojan™, First Response™, Nair™, Spinbrush™, OxiClean™, Orajel™, Batiste™, XTRA™, vitafusion™, Li’l Critters™, Water Pik®, Zicam®, TheraBreath™, and Hero®.
During the summer internship, interns will gain hands-on experience in several key areas including business strategy, innovation, market analysis, market research, and creative development. Interns will collaborate with internal functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D, as well as external agencies, to gain a comprehensive 360⁰ perspective of brand marketing. In addition, interns will receive training on cutting-edge analytic tools like Circana (formerly IRI), Numerator, and Walmart Luminate platforms. Department-wide training sessions led by industry experts, focusing on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media are a key part of the summer program.
In addition to the professional development focused activities, this program offers opportunities for interns to engage in social interactions with peers, present to senior leaders, visit manufacturing facilities, and meet with agency partners across various disciplines such as media planning, brand communication, and public relations. As a lean and mid-sized organization, interns have a unique opportunity to interact with our executive leadership team through the Summer Speaker Series, where you’ll hear directly from our CEO, CMO, CFO, and other industry leaders.
Qualifications
- First-year full-time MBA students, ideally with a concentration in marketing
- Ability to commit to 10 weeks in Ewing, New Jersey during the summer of 2025
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership ability, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a team first mentality
- We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and a willingness to help their team reach its goals
- This individual should thrive in a complex and fast-paced business setting and be able to work in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to analyze and simplify data to develop strategies to further the success of our brands, and help them continue to win in their respective categories
- U.S. work authorization is required (U.S. citizen, green card holder, permanent resident)
