Testing, learning, and improving

In an R&D role you’ll be involved in developing new products and testing them with customers. You’ll determine quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll look forward to getting into the lab, rolling up your sleeves and developing and evaluating new prototypes to be turned into successful products.
