Position Title: Senior National Account Manager - Woolworths 

Location: Frenchs Forest (Hybrid) 

Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Medical Devices / FMCG

At Church & Dwight, we build trusted brands that consumers rely on every day. As we continue to accelerate growth across our Australian portfolio, we’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to lead one of our most strategically important customer partnerships. 

This is a senior commercial role with full accountability for the Woolworths account combining customer leadership, financial ownership and cross‑functional influence. 

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the National Business Manager – Grocery, you will have end‑to‑end ownership of a large grocery account, driving sustainable Net Sales, profit, and trade investment outcomes across our brand portfolio. 

As a key growth customer, our customer plays a pivotal role in our strategy. You’ll lead the Joint Business Plan, build strong senior relationships with the customer, and translate brand and category strategy into clear, executable commercial plans. You’ll also lead and develop one direct report, strengthening account capability and execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering sustainable and profitable growth across the customer portfolio  

  • Owning and leading the customer Joint Business Plan, including growth levers and execution milestones  

  • Building trusted, customer relationships and operating as a commercial thought partner  

  • Owning end‑to‑end account performance, including forecasting accuracy and planning discipline  

  • Maximising return on trade investment across promotions and fixed investment 

  • Leading annual and long‑range sales planning, fully integrated with budget and PPR cycles  

  • Driving range, distribution and space outcomes through category and range reviews  

  • Championing NPD, innovation, shopper and ecommerce initiatives  

  • Identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities across channels and routes to shopper  

  • Coaching and developing your direct report to lift account capability and execution quality 

About You: 

You’re a commercially astute, senior account leader who thrives in complex, fast‑paced grocery environments. You bring strong financial acumen, clarity of thinking and the ability to lead through influence. 

You’ll also bring: 

  • Proven seniorlevel experience managing a large grocery account 

  • Strong commercial and P&L ownership capability 

  • High credibility with senior customer stakeholders 

  • An effective collaborator, internally and externally, through listening, integrity and trust 

  • The ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a matrix organisation 

  • A drive for results with a focus on planning, prioritisation and action  

  • Curiosity and capability in using data, analytics and emerging digital/AI tools to enhance insight and decision‑making
