Role Summary

Support the entire CHD Cost Accounting System SAP ECC-driven business processes (Standard costs, Month-end closing, Quarterly forecast, Annual Plan) for the Supply Chain network.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with multiple plants to ensure the precision and efficiency of the month-end cost accounting closure, confirming all plants are reconciled in SAP and adhere to SOX accounting standards.

· Serve as a trusted business partner to the plants, offering guidance and support regarding HQ cost accounting standards, assisting with submissions, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.

· Offer master data and standard cost support to all plants and contract manufacturing for planning and periodic price updates, ensuring timely and accurate release of standard costs in SAP.

· Assist in consolidated reporting and analysis for the Supply Chain, providing insights into cost drivers and trends.

· Issue Transfer Pricing to International Subsidiaries and provide price revaluation for Brand Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Execute monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring the integrity of the financial records.

· Support internal and external audit processes by presenting documentation, explanations, and data analysis as required.

Education and Experience

· BS in Accounting/Finance from an accredited institution.

· Minimum 5+ years’ experience in cost accounting / financial accounting analysis role, preferably in a multi-product, multi-plant, multi-warehouse environment.

· Corporate and or Divisional HQ Operations Finance experience preferred.
