Job Location: Hybrid (Ewing, NJ/Home Office)

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sr. Operations Analytics Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analytics Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision making and process optimization within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging your expertise in Power BI, leading the company's strategic planning process, driving automation and data science projects, and leading the Operations Community of Practice.

Responsibilities:

Power BI Expertise:

  • Utilize your advanced knowledge of Power BI to develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

  • Analyze complex datasets and transform them into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for the operations team.

Plant Strategic Planning:

  • Lead the company's operations strategic planning process, working closely with cross-functional teams to consolidate long term business growth scenarios, update capacity models, identify and prioritize strategic objectives.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of operational performance data to identify areas of improvement and support the development of strategic initiatives.

Automation and Data Science:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and data science projects within operations.

  • Work with the ACE team to develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and other advanced analytics solutions.

Operations Community of Practice:

  • Lead and facilitate the Operations Community of Practice, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among operations team members.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in operations analytics, sharing relevant insights and tools with the community.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree Required – focus in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science or Accounting preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Supply Chain environment

  • Proven experience in utilizing Power BI to develop interactive dashboards and reports.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience leading strategic planning processes and driving cross-functional collaboration.

  • Knowledge of automation tools, data science methodologies, and machine learning algorithms is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate communities of practice or similar knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
