Are you an experienced Quality Specialist Trainer with a passion for ensuring excellence in quality processes and programs? Can you effectively coordinate and oversee training initiatives to support business objectives?

Church & Dwight UK Ltd have a vacancy for a permanent Quality Specialist Trainer based at our manufacturing site in Folkestone, Kent.

As the Quality Specialist Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting quality processes and projects, as well as coordinating and overseeing the Training program for the Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support quality processes and projects, including leading minimal complexity or appropriate scope project areas
  • Conduct reviews, data analysis, and data summaries to make conclusions and develop recommendations
  • Present findings to the team in support of current processes and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in R&D and Supply Chain
  • Coordinate and oversee the Training program for the Europe region

Requirements:

  • University degree from an accredited institution in a related field
  • Over 3 plus years of technical experience with a demonstrated track record
  • Specialist knowledge/expertise in consumer products, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
