Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a 12-month rotational co-op opportunity in our Corporate Human Resources department, starting May 28, 2025, and running through May 2026.  This co-op program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and prepare you for a successful career in human resources.

You will gain direct experience in two key HR functions which may include Total Rewards (benefits, compensation, project management), Insights & Enablement (employee services, HRIS), and Talent Management (employee development, diversity and inclusion).   

Benefits: 

  • Become familiar with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. 
  • Support the enrollment, and other seasonal processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and addressing employee questions. 
  • Collaborate with vendors and insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure effective benefits administration. 

Compensation: 

  • Participate in compensation analysis and benchmarking projects to help develop and implement competitive compensation plans. 
  • Participate in salary surveys and research market trends to ensure our compensation practices are aligned with industry standards. 

Project Management: 

  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and policy updates. 
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs and materials. 

Talent Management 

  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, including talent development, learning programs, and training events. 

AskHR (Employee Service Center): 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees by responding to inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality and data security. 
  • Support team projects as required. 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate students who have completed at least three years of college coursework (rising Senior) while pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Analytics or other relevant degrees are preferred.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn how to interface with different platforms, run reports, and engage with various company systems.
  • Ability and interest in working a hybrid schedule in Ewing, NJ
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 applications required; some roles require experience in Power BI, Canva, Figma, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple timelines and priorities. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. 
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, desire to learn and contribute to a growing company. 
  • Candidates must have US Work Authorization (US Citizen, permanent resident, green card holder)
