Join Us as a Senior Business Integration Analyst at Church & Dwight!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and Define Requirements: Engage with stakeholders across the GMG organisation and the Group to ensure clear and accurate requirements for continuous improvement projects.
  • Solution Definition and Delivery: Develop and define solutions within our technology landscape, including SAP, ensuring all business requirements are met.
  • Project Management: Work closely with the PMO to prepare and maintain clear and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Architecture Development: Create solution architecture artifacts to address stakeholder concerns and translate business and technology requirements into functional, economically viable solutions.
  • Compliance and Standards Monitoring: Stay updated with regulatory and company compliance, data retention, audit requirements, and emerging industry standards.
  • 3rd Party Coordination: Indirectly supervise and coordinate 3rd party technical and functional consultants during project delivery and support activities.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills for project, program, and portfolio needs.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain customer trust and confidence.
  • Experience in managing 3rd party dependencies related to the SAP environment.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Solution Architecture practices.
  • In-depth understanding of Application development and life cycle management.
  • Extensive SAP Functional knowledge in Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution.
  • Proficiency in project planning and management, including scope, time, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in creating well-integrated transaction and collaborative solutions architectures.
  • Configuration knowledge of SAP Code, including RICEFs remediation.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with strategic thinking and the ability to plan ahead.
  • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire people.
  • University Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related relevant professional qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG/CPG industry is desirable.
  • Ability to make accurate and expedient decisions based on data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
  • Capacity to analyze root causes for organizational problems and implement corrective actions.
