The Information Technology Delivery Manager is a critical role in driving Church & Dwight’s success. You will be part of the IT organization responsible for working with business partners in multiple geographies across our Sales, Marketing and Specialty Products Division domains
This leader will be responsible for working in a highly cross functional manner to design, implement and support capabilities including Marketing Technology, Sales Technology and Analytics. Leads support team of diverse information technology specialists, both internal and external resources that includes business analysts, developers, designers, and system administrators. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Lead the technology implementation for initiatives within Marketing, Sales and our Specialty Products Division working closely with Business, IT and Data & Analytics Office.
- Identifies new opportunities to further leverage analytics, data and analytical solutions - prioritizing opportunities with the biggest potential benefit to the business.
- Defines the execution approach for project implementation and is held accountable for the quality of the solution.
- Maintains financials/budgets during the course of project execution.
- Partners with Solution Architect to build solutions that align with our company’s macro architecture.
- Work with stakeholders to better understand customer needs and identify and address accessibility and usability issues to recommend to the development team based on the data.
- Work with IT Leadership and Business Engagement Managers to develop IT initiatives that are aligned with business unit strategies to enable global growth, optimization capabilities, and overarching scale.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, communicating delivery to key stakeholders and the wider business.
- Investigate and evaluate software products to remain informed on new technologies and best practices for marketing and sales technologies to fit the organization’s present and future goals.
- Manage third party resources/vendors for project and development activities and ongoing system support.
- Build strong partnerships with business clients on initiatives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction based on defined business goals.
- Contributes to improvements to Church & Dwight's architecture standards, processes and practices.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required in computer Science, MIS or similar.
- 10+ years of technology implementations, analytics enablement, or relevant industry experience including managing teams with direct reports
- Agile and product mindset: Expertise working with others in a cross-functional multi-team environment
- Ability to influence behaviors of leaders at all levels and without traditional hierarchy
- Ability to communicate thoughts, concepts, and practices effectively at all levels, adjusting as needed to a target audience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continually improve, share learning with others and encourage team development.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to provide innovative solutions using development tools and processes.
