Church & Dwight is looking for a Sr. Manager Operations – Creative Services who will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing the Creative Ops team, and implementing new processes and workflows to deliver successful creative initiatives efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Sr. Manager, Creative Services Operations ensures smooth creative production, aligning with business goals. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and marketing teams, this role optimizes processes, maintains quality, and meets deadlines to support successful marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do:
Oversee creative project timelines and key milestones
Facilitate between creative and cross-functional teams
Guide Creative Ops project managers to ensure that all creative team members and projects are on track and on budget
Develop new and efficient ways to route Creative, promote good feedback, ensure transparent and succinct communication, and streamline approvals
Facilitate project after-actions to further iterate on process, resourcing, and creative output
Promote and empower Creative Ops project managers to develop their workflows to scale the creative department
Oversee the sourcing and collaboration with outside vendors to accomplish creative production needs
Rally the team during tight deadlines promoting enthusiasm while holding team members accountable (good energy is a must)
Lead the implementation of a new project management software
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across Creative Services and marketing teams.
Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine creative workflows, simplifying approval processes and improving efficiency.
Quality Control: Ensure creative assets meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, enforce SOPs, and manage exceptions as needed.
People Management: Oversee Project Managers and Operation teams
Creative Briefs: Streamline the intake process to ensure clarity and realistic deadlines.
Asset Management: Implement effective digital asset management practices.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong alignment with the marketing department.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in creative operations and process optimization.
Strategic mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital asset management and project management.
Experience leading creative teams, managing workflows, and working within budget and deadlines.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, graphic design, and print.
Who You Are:
10+ years of project management experience in creative/marketing teams.
Skilled leader with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process development.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiar with Adobe Suite and adept at managing fast-paced, high-volume environments.
