Assembler - Part Time
Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18.22 per hour
OBJECTIVE:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Assembler will be required to foil and package condoms by hand and/or using machinery following Company policies and procedures in an efficient, quality and safety-oriented way.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Comply with all Plant Safety, GMP, ISO, OSHA procedures, and other programs
(2) Maintain and improve upon established Quality and Production standards.
(3) Inspect condoms that are to be pouched by the Packaging Machines.
(4) Operate the Apollo, Cartoning and Naturalamb equipment.
(5) Inspect foiled condoms for correctness of coding, product defects, and cosmetics as per Company policies and procedures.
(6) Insert foiled condoms into boxes and cartons.
(7) Stacking shippers on pallets
(8) Load cartons into machine and/or on conveyors to maintain fill level.
(9) Rework damaged finished goods-glue gun/teardown etc.
(10) Maintain a clean and safe work area.
(11) Report to Supervisor any deviations from the process.
(12) Other duties as requested by the Production Supervisor.

EDUCATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic Arithmetic skills in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
without a calculator.
EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food and/or medical device industries preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Able to work from a sitting and/or standing position for long periods of time.
Good hand-eye coordination - dexterity.
SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT USED:
Able to work with moving machinery.
