Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Brand Manager in our Marketing department.

As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our brand(s) by contributing to strategic, insight-led brand plans that deliver profit targets and set the category's future direction. You will be responsible for executing communication and promotional plans that prompt the desired consumers' response and build the brands in the long term. Church & Dwight houses a number of incredible well known, consumer led brands across the beauty care, healthcare and personal care sectors including; Batiste Dry Shampoo, Hero Cosmetics, Anusol, Femfresh & Waterpik, to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand consumer habits, practices, and needs to generate insights.
  • Assist in market trend analysis and strategic priority setting.
  • Co-develop annual brand plans with partner agencies.
  • Monitor brand performance and track impact on profitability.
  • Analyze price promotions and identify opportunities for success.
  • Manage budgets and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with NPD and R&D for innovation.
  • Conduct consumer testing and develop compelling communications.
  • Collaborate with agencies for communication ideas.
  • Manage marketing and communication agencies.
  • Drive synergy among cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Marketing for ROI.
  • Provide market and brand data for sales presentations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze marketing activity.
  • Set personal development plan and contribute to team meetings.
  • Be a trusted partner and advisor for agencies and teams.
  • Foster a positive and exciting team atmosphere.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate with a relevant degree.
  • Postgraduate business and/or marketing qualifications preferred.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably with FMCG or beauty & personal care brands.
  • Experience in creating strong A&P programs across ATL, BT, and digital/social.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
