Job Location: Remote, USA

As a key member of our team, this individual will work collaboratively to provide high-quality data and reporting to the company. They will play an integral role in establishing and maintaining both reporting and governance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data. By working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, this person will help drive our collective success through their expertise in data analysis and reporting.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities  

  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, service delivery, and the business to understand and report on holistic data patterns to support human resource insights.

  • Actively work to operationalize Data Governance principles, processes and tools enabling the organization to more effectively manage and use data across Church & Dwight.

  • Responsible for the research, development and implementation of guidelines to support best-practices for Data Governance including a Data Dictionary and Data Quality audits.

  • Responsible for evaluating and updating the Workday reporting catalogue to meet business requirements and establishing a program that builds reporting and analytics capability within the HR team. 

  • Implement and drive maintenance of the data catalog with consideration for data discoverability, compliance, privacy, information security, and quality.

  • Generate insights to support executive presentations and documentation and creates executive-ready analytics deliverables (e.g., reports, PPTs)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree is required

  • Advance Workday reporting experience required

  • 5-7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, visualization

  • Extensive knowledge of data management and data governance principles latest industry trends

  • Proven experience with Data Governance and Reporting

  • Ability to balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) with thinking strategically and holistically about underlying goals

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of clients from across the business, spanning multiple levels and ability to convey complex topics concisely

  • Work well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset

  • Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
