If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a talented International Project Coordinator to join our exclusive GMG (Global Markets Group Europe & Africa) team based in our London Euston Office with Hybrid working.

You will be responsible for leading the projects related to new product developments, re-launches of existing products in international markets as well as supporting the commercial team in expanding our portfolio in territories where country specific packs are required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead projects related to new product/artwork developments and re-launches: aligning with the marketing and sales teams on the portfolio needs, owning the Vetting Process, participating in the Stage Gate Process, and coordinating artwork for new or re-launched products.
  • Support the commercial team in expanding the portfolio in different markets: working with the GMG EA Sales team and other stakeholders to co-ordinate the geographical expansion of the portfolio, where country specific packs are required.
  • Represent GMG Europe & Africa in the Project Vetting Committee and global conference calls: providing information and advice on potential new projects from an Europe & Africa perspective, and to collaborate with the UK PMO team to share experiences and learning.

The successful candidate should have a high level of education and expertise in project management, particularly in the FMCG and OTC sectors. You will have a good commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities and be able to manage complex cross functional projects and mitigate risks. Moreover, you will possess excellent communication and people skills, with an international mindset and cultural sensitivity, and be able to present and influence effectively at all levels. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a positive and proactive attitude and be able adapt to changing situations.

This role works 37 hours per week Monday-Friday. The successful candidate may be expected to travel within UK and overseas.
