Job Location: Hybrid (Ewing, NJ/Home Office)

Role Summary                                                            

The Information Security Sr. Identity & Access Manager Engineer is a role that drives the Church & Dwight Information Security program forward. The role is a thought leader and responsible for shaping the overall information security posture for Church & Dwight. The successful candidate works proactively across Global Information Technology, IT Security & Risk Management and various business units, brands, and all global locations. The role ensures a cybersecure identity and access management foundation with adherence to the Company’s Information Security risk framework. 

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities     

  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and solutions, including authentication, authorization, and access control. 

  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM management systems including multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, privileged access management and IAM user access control systems. 

  • Document IAM processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.  

  • Develop IAM key performance and risk indicators. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IAM controls and access policies and provide recommendations for improvements. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems and integrations. Assist with cybersecurity incident response and information technology investigations. 

  • Stay up to date with emerging IAM trends, technologies, cyberthreats and IT Risks. 

  • Collaborate with Information Technology and system and application configurations. Work with Internal Audit, External Audit, and Legal teams on compliance and regulatory activities. Provide IAM configuration guidance to Human Resource, Marketing, and international business stakeholders for employee and customer identities. 

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and make recommendations to Senior Information Technology and business leaders.  Develop strong partnerships across our organization. 

Education and Experience                                                            

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience is required

  • 5+ years in technology, specifically focused on Information Security, IT Security & Risk Management and Information Technology. 

  • 5+ years of identity & access management experience.  Strong mentoring, leadership, teamwork skills. 

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, privilege access management solutions like CyberArk, access control platforms like SAP GRC. 

  • One or more professional certifications or equivalents in ISACA, IAPP, ISC2, SANS
