Come be a part of Church & Dwight’s eCommerce acceleration team leading ecommerce efforts for our Arm & Hammer Laundry within the Fabric Care business unit!

The Associate Brand Ecommerce Manager/Sr. Associate Brand Ecommerce Manager is a unique role ideal for a curious, digitally-savvy leader with strong general management aptitude who is looking to dive deeper into ecommerce. They will partner with the Sr. Ecommerce Brand Manager to drive the long term, profitable growth of the A&H Laundry ecommerce business by helping to lead the development of our brand ecommerce strategies, execution of growth plans and identifying/removing barriers to growth.

Much like traditional Brand, the Ecommerce Brand team owns the ecommerce business for a specific business unit from end to end including the P+L and tackling whatever jobs need to be done to drive the business.

The ideal candidate is accountable for partnering cross-functionally to work across a variety of teams including optimizing the digital shelf, content, retail media, promotions, and product optimization/innovation. They should have strong analytics skills for ongoing evaluation of progress against growth plans and be able to identify and implement modifications. We have significant goals to accelerate our ecommerce business in the coming years, as well as ensure sustainable profitability and we are looking for a candidate that’s willing to dive in deep and learn quickly to help drive this growth.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Partner with manager to develop & optimize ecommerce strategy, multi-year growth plans, brand specific roadmaps and initiatives with a strong focus on key innovation execution.

  • Collaborates with broader brand strategies: national marketing, eRetail activation strategy, and digital shelf best practices (i.e. A+ Page, images/video, product name, SEO, mobile optimized). 

  • Partners with manager & brand to translate brand identity online and develops a best-in-class brand experience.  Assist in development of enhanced content (i.e. A+ Page, images/video, product name, SEO, mobile optimized) delivering a consistent, omnichannel brand experience. 

  • Leverage data to monitor key brand sales objectives (consumption, gross sales, shares growth, etc.) to track market performance with a keen eye to bridging online and offline market share gaps and share out with Brand Teams.

  • In partnership with omnichannel team, help with planning, reporting and optimization of retailer marketing and media programs through collaboration with agency partners.

  • In partnership with manager & associate director of ecommerce commercialization, monitor & address profitability concerns through packaging & product innovation, and portfolio mix.

Education and Experience                                                          

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA preferred

  • Strong analytical mindset & ability to balance/prioritize across multiple workstreams/subbrands through project management

  • Experience with digital media and working across multiple departments and agencies preferred

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management

Skills and Competencies

  • Is comfortable handling the details as well as thinking about the big picture

  • Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis; Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques such as Nielsen or IRI.

  • Strong project management skills and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
