Responsable de asegurar que tenemos el abasto correcto (Dispersión de inventarios óptima) para asegurar la ejecución de planes promocionales y apuestas de la compañía. Internamente, es responsable de pasar la señal de demanda correcta para coordinar cross Supply Chain la expectativa de resurtido.
Responsabilidades
Alineación e identificación de faltantes y excedentes en punto de venta.
Manejo de Instock y Días de Inventario
Oportunidades de Forecast y carga en sistema del cliente.
Gestión con equipos de resurtido del cliente para asegurar ejecución de apuestas promocionales.
Asegurar que el sistema del cliente este correctamente alineado.
Gestión interna con planning para asegurar niveles de servicio, y visibilidad: Planes promocionales unilaterales, riesgos de agotados.
Comunicación con equipos de CD para asegurar alineación de apuestas comerciales.
Análisis de excedentes de inventario: planes de acción.
Experiencia y conocimientos específicos
Licenciatura o ingeniería
Escribir y hablar inglés de forma fluida
Mínimo 2 o 3 años como CPFR o Planning o customer experience.
Manejo de Excel avanzado
Manejo de access
Manejo de herramientas de forecasting
Capacidad analítica
Negociación
Habilidades de servicio al cliente
