Responsable de asegurar que tenemos el abasto correcto (Dispersión de inventarios óptima) para asegurar la ejecución de planes promocionales y apuestas de la compañía. Internamente, es responsable de pasar la señal de demanda correcta para coordinar cross Supply Chain la expectativa de resurtido.

Responsabilidades

  • Alineación e identificación de faltantes y excedentes en punto de venta. 

  • Manejo de Instock y Días de Inventario 

  • Oportunidades de Forecast y carga en sistema del cliente. 

  • Gestión con equipos de resurtido del cliente para asegurar ejecución de apuestas promocionales. 

  • Asegurar que el sistema del cliente este correctamente alineado. 

  • Gestión interna con planning para asegurar niveles de servicio, y visibilidad: Planes promocionales unilaterales, riesgos de agotados. 

  • Comunicación con equipos de CD para asegurar alineación de apuestas comerciales. 

  • Análisis de excedentes de inventario: planes de acción. 

Experiencia y conocimientos específicos 

  • Licenciatura o ingeniería 

  • Escribir y hablar inglés de forma fluida 

  • Mínimo 2 o 3 años como CPFR o Planning o customer experience. 

  • Manejo de Excel avanzado 

  • Manejo de access 

  • Manejo de herramientas de forecasting 

  • Capacidad analítica 

  • Negociación 

  • Habilidades de servicio al cliente
