Description
Church & Dwight Co., Inc., a global leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, is currently seeking first-year MBA candidates from top tier business schools to join our Marketing Brand Management Summer Internship Program. While you may not have heard of Church & Dwight Co., Inc., we’re willing to bet you have at least one of our leading brands in your home – including ARM & HAMMER™, Trojan™, Spinbrush™, OxiClean™, Batiste™, TheraBreath™ and Zicam®, to name just a few. As a mid-sized CPG, we’re uniquely positioned to offer the entrepreneurial experience of a start-up, but with opportunities to grow and develop your career as in a large, publicly traded company.
Are you looking to work at a company that offers a fast-paced and collaborative culture, where employees are valued, and truly have an opportunity to make an impact? Are you passionate about consumer marketing and want to be the voice and vision of iconic brands that touch the everyday lives of consumers? If so, our MBA internship program may be a great fit for you!
Whom We’re Looking For
At Church & Dwight, we empower our marketers to lead the strategic direction of our organization. We’re looking for energetic self-starters and forward thinkers with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can drive growth through creative disruption and strong business acumen.
What We Offer
In our hybrid 10-week paid summer internship program, interns will become an integral member of a brand team and have the opportunity to own specific business building projects that address current business needs. Our power brands hold the #1 or #2 position in their categories and include ARM & HAMMER™, Trojan™, First Response™, Nair™, Spinbrush™, OxiClean™, Orajel™, Batiste™, XTRA™, vitafusion™, Li’l Critters™, Water Pik®, Zicam® and TheraBreath™. Interns will gain firsthand experience in areas such as business strategy, innovation, market analysis, market research and creative development. Summer interns will work alongside various internal functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and R&D as well as outside agencies for a full 360⁰ view of brand marketing. You’ll receive training directly on industry-leading analytic tools including Circana (formerly IRI), Numerator and Walmart Luminate platforms, as well as participate in department-wide training sessions on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce and social media, led by industry experts.
The Church & Dwight internship program also provides multiple opportunities to interact socially with your fellow interns, present to senior level management stakeholders, tour our manufacturing facilities and visit with our agency partners across the various disciplines of media planning, brand communication, and public relations. Because we are a lean, mid-sized organization, you will also have the chance to interact with our executive leadership team through our Summer Speaker Series. In the past, interns have heard from our CEO, CMO, CFO and other executive leaders.
Brand Management internship positions are located in our Corporate office conveniently located off I-295 in Ewing, New Jersey - 45 minutes from Philadelphia or 1 ½ hours outside of New York City.
