If the answer is yes - then look no further. Church & Dwight UK Ltd have a permanent role for a Complaint Vigilance Lead focused on our Global Export markets based in Folkestone, Kent. (50% working from home, 50% in the office).
The Complaint Vigilance Lead is responsible for tasks which support complaint management and vigilance processes and may lead a minimal complexity project or an appropriate scope project area. This position will carry out data entry, reviews, data analysis, data summaries, initiate investigations, make conclusions and develop recommendations and present out to the team in support of current processes and programs. Also drives customer satisfaction through the crafting of timely, effective communication back to external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Documentation of complaints received from Export markets into the Global Complaint Handling system.
Initiation of complaint investigations within the electronic quality management system
Pro-active identification and reporting of emerging trends or quality concerns from Export markets.
Building and supporting strong relationships with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role within a multi-national FMCG/Consumer Products (or related) organisation. In addition:
Hold a University degree in a relevant field
Be a Quality Professional with typically over 3 years technical experience and a demonstrated track record
Have specialist knowledge/expertise across multiple area, such as consumer products, medical device, food, dietary supplements or pharmaceutical complaint handling and vigilance requirements
Be a strategic and creative problem-solving skills
Have strong analytical skills
Have good oral and written communication skills
Be team minded, detail-oriented and a proactive self-starter
