Global Total Rewards Manager

This is a hands on role where you will participate in both the thought leadership and also execution of our global broad-based and executive compensation programs and benefits programs. You will work to ensure market competitive pay through researching and establishing market pay practices and making recommendations for salary structure, base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives. In this role, you will provide and interpret data and insights that will be used by a variety of stakeholders to make key decisions around compensation programs. 

Key accountabilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Partner with HRBPs and internal clients to:
    • Understand business needs to evaluate compensation and benefit offerings and recommend appropriate plan designs.
    • Understand organizational design and job requirements to evaluate compensation and recommend appropriate job offers.
    • Evaluate and analyze data from current and proposed compensation programs data to understand cost impact and ensure both external market competitiveness and internal equity.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance of compensation programs and practices through maintaining current knowledge of applicable employment, labor and tax laws (International).

Global Total Rewards Programs Management

  • Participate in the development, implementation and communication of global programs including
    • Maintain in depth understanding of global benefits landscape and provide expertise in both technical aspects of benefit plan administration and market trends.
    • Participate in building and implementing new global benefits strategy
    • Ensure compliance with legislation related to pay equity and pay transparency in applicable jurisdictions (i.e. Canada, UK)
    • Administer Company’s ESPP program
    • Administer Company’s global relocation program

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related discipline
  • 8+ years of progressive experiences within Total Rewards areas, including broad based compensation, incentive compensation, executive compensation, global compensation and benefits
  • Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, good understanding of HR programs/systems, experience with Workday is highly preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
