Role Summary
Our International Marketing team has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator. In this highly visible role located at our Global Headquarters in Ewing, NJ, you will focus on supporting the business unit with a focus on project management, department communications and maintaining budget documentation.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Describe the 5-7 major accountabilities)
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the planning, tracking, system implementation and communication across a large cross-functional team to support the growth of the international business.
- Prepare, track, and reconcile marketing budgets. Prepare and submit purchase orders, as needed.
- Support business development efforts through spec changes, new product system setups and maintenance, artwork coordination, administering international asset sharing, tracking and distribution
- Coordinate department reports and share-outs inclusive of developing timelines, publishing key quarterly & monthly reports, communication with key stakeholders, and compiling and editing final deliverables
- Perform routine data pulls and analysis to support international needs
- Additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Education and Experience
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 3+ years work experience in an assistant and project planning role
- Must be proficient in Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and experienced in working in database like systems
- Planner with high detail orientation, collaborative worker and effective communicator across a large team
- Experience in writing and editing business communications
- Able to adapt well to change, thrive in high ambiguity environments, and excited to work in a high growth, fast paced category

- SKU, SAP, Price List, product specs list management,

External Coordination - requesting teams to fill out templates and/or follow-up
- Quarterly reports: Brand Share, Brand Health, Finance, etc.
- Best Practice/GNPI Template Info Gathering
