The Church & Dwight Photo & Video Content Producer work closely with directors and production managers and vendors to plan, organize and coordinate video and photo productions. They will help manage budgets, schedules, personnel, and other aspects of production management for production crews.
This role will primarily focus on pre-production, planning and coordination on all types of projects from our various brands; but on set production knowledge, technical experience, and a willingness to help during a production is a huge plus.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Produce projects and work alongside the Digital Production Manager, Creative Director, and other creative services team members where you’ll work with specific brands and assist in various pre-production elements, which may include creative brainstorming, problem solving and efficient communication.
Create production schedules
Plan production budgets and work with brand to obtain payment when needed.
Manage production spreadsheets of various types and update them when needed.
Coordinate and communicate with brand on script, assets and concept.
Work alongside project managers when receiving new production requests and briefs.
Active involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to develop scripts and concepts and suggesting improvements.
Use specific software and/or websites to card and manage specific video and photo production related projects when needed.
Ensure and aid in smooth and efficient hand off of assets and deliverables through post production.
Attend meetings and communicate across various teams.
Work with casting agencies and production companies to find and hire talent and crew when needed.
Ability to organize, upload and manage files if needed.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure on multiple projects at once.
Maintain a complete understanding of and adherence to company guidelines, policies and standard practice.
Project research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources.

Fundamental and technical knowledge in video/photo production.
Education and Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in related field; Film, Journalism, Communication Cinema, Media arts, Videography and/or Photography.
Minimum of 4 years experience working on photo and/or video creative or productions.
