Role Summary:
The Product Quality Lead has strong knowledge in regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices across medical devices, OTC Drugs, and Cosmetics. In this position, you will be responsible for quality oversight of new product launches and product changes for the Hero family of products while ensuring to maintain high quality and applicable compliance.
As the Product Quality Lead, you will work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Analytical, Manufacturing Plant Quality and Operations to support the on-time launch of new products and changes and influence these functions in the development of a new product quality plan and change control documents. You will also be a major contributor to issue resolution utilizing quality engineering skills to ensure on-time commercialization. You will be responsible for the review, approval, and release of first to market of approximately 20 – 40 new products/improvements per year.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to sit in remotely and onsite in Princeton, NJ office and reports into the U.S. Business & Product Quality Head.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field
10+ years technical experience with a demonstrated track record
Medical device experience required
Consumer products, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical preferred
People management experience preferred
Practical understanding, interpretation, and application of global device regulations (e.g. ISO13485, MDSAP, ISO14971)
Excellent verbal and written skills; able to analyze, define and effectively convey difficult and complex issues in a way that accurately and persuasively communicates issues to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
Excellent influence, persuasion, communication, and presentation skills
