Responsable por liderar e influenciar a los equipos de funciones cruzadas como: Cadena de suministro, I&D, Regulatorio, Marketing, etc. A identificar las causas raíz reales así como las correcciones apropiadas y acciones correctivas para permitir una respuesta rápida y eficiente de los problemas de calidad y cumplimiento con impacto al negocio. Este rol requiere un alto grado de conocimiento técnico, experiencia y habilidad para liderar a los equipos en la resolución de problemas.
Gestión del proceso y eventos de calidad/ desviaciones y CAPA Board.
Responsable de la emisión de reportes estadísticos y de tendencias y CAPA Board.
Proceso de RAP: Emisión de los programas anuales de producto y sus reportes en tiempo y forma.
Gestión del proceso y eventos relacionados a quejas de clientes hasta cierre y respuesta a clientes,
Gestión del proceso de controles de cambio.
Emisión de los procedimientos relacionados para cada proceso y mantenimiento de los registros vigentes y alineados a la normatividad, guías y políticas aplicables.
Back up en los procesos de liberación de producto y transferencias de tecnologías de producción y acondicionamiento
Requisitos
- QFB / QFI
- Deseable especialidad en Sistemas de Calidad / MBI
- Forzosa experiencia en farmacéutica o dispositivos médicos
Conocimiento de políticas, procedimientos y métricas.
Conocimiento en Power BI, SAP, Agile y Microsoft.
Alta atención al detalle, organización y exactitud en el manejo de datos.
Conocimientos demostrables en :
análisis de datos, métodos y análisis estadísticos para generar reportes efectivos de procesos de negocios.
Posiciones como dueño del proceso de No conformidades, controles de cambio y Quejas
Mantiene la documentación y emite reportes detallados
Manejo de normatividad NOM 241 Y/O NOM- 059, ISO 13485.
Competencias
- Bien organizado, demuestra alta iniciativa.
- Habilidad de influencia para entregar resultados y objetivos a través de equipos funcionales que no le reportan en línea directa.
- Lidera programas estratégicos enfocados en el cumplimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios de la empresa.
