This is a hands on role where you will manage and administer global broad-based and executive compensation programs and ensure market competitive pay by participating in and analyzing salary surveys; researching and evaluating market pay practices and making recommendations for salary structure, base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives. In this role, you will provide data and insights that will be used by a variety of stakeholders to make key decisions around compensation programs.
Key accountabilities
- Evaluate and analyze data from current and proposed compensation programs data to understand cost impact and ensure both external market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Partner with HRBPs and internal clients to understand business needs, job requirements and organizational design to evaluate jobs and recommend appropriate job offers.
- Participate in the development, implementation and communication of global incentive programs including corporate bonus program, and other similar programs which motivate and engage various employee groups.
- Administer Company’s Long-Term Incentive program including processing exercises, grants, terminations, and assist with employee questions; update employee account information and ensure that accurate, comprehensive records of all stock plan activities are maintained.
- Work with Director, Global Compensation to deliver information required by the Compensation & Human Capital Committee of the Board of Directors regarding Executive Compensation.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual proxy CD&A and disclosure narratives and tables.
- Participate in development and administration of recognition programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of compensation programs and practices through maintaining current knowledge of applicable employment, labor and tax laws (US & Global).
- Summarize analysis and findings, creates and prepares reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Perform other related duties and/or special projects as required and assigned.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related discipline
- 2-4 years of progressive compensation experience
- Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, good understanding of HR programs/systems, experience with Workday is highly preferred
