If the answer is yes - then look no further. Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Marketing Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department based in our London Office.
As a SBM for Medical Marketing you will be responsible for increasing the portfolio performance for selected C&D brand by developing and driving the strategy and execution of the medical marketing and communications strategy, targeting healthcare professionals, that is tailored to the corporate and brand priorities of C&D and aligned to the UK NHS and pharmacy agenda. You will work closely with the field sales and the Pharma team.
Within this role you will have to use scientific expertise to develop breakthrough communications targeting healthcare positions.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver medical marketing strategy on selected brands working closely with the brand managers.
- Effectively manage educational and promotional communications to healthcare professionals that are delivered via the Healthcare Professional Academy partnership.
- Monitor relevant legislation, medical issues, trends and guidelines in the UK and identify and manage risks and opportunities
- Work closely and collaboratively with the brand teams in the development of marketing plans, appropriate marketing tools and materials to drive growth in selected healthcare products
- Ensure NPDs are supported by HCPs (lead testing/co development)
- Ensure Compliance to the ABPI, PAGB, relevant Codes of Conduct and Standard Operating Processes at all times
- Effectively manage the medical marketing projects and budget to deliver the medical marketing plans to defined timelines and within agreed spend
- Develop necessary Standard Operating Processes for medical marketing within C&D, working with relevant stakeholders
- Representing C&D in industry fairs (public speaking)
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a scientific or medical field, with a change to a marketing focus in their career. The ideal candidate will have had developed assets for HCP and have knowledge of healthcare practices, code of conduct, and policies, as well as how they impact marketing plans.
A successful individual must have entrepreneurial spirit and be able to take on responsibility, whilst challenging the status quo. It is key that this person has a strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities, balanced with a sound understanding of the NHS, pharmacy and changing healthcare environment.
This role works an average 37 hours per week Monday-Friday.
