National Account Manager (Natural & Regional Drug Accounts)

Direct and manage the sales process for National customers including Natural and Regional Drug accounts.  This position will develop priorities, goals and accountability Broker coverage teams, ensuring all CHD goals and objectives are being executed and accomplished.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities  

  • Attainment of annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals

  • Ability to manage all Church & Dwight Brands and is not specific to PC or HH.

  • Ability to analyze Syndicated and consumption data to help deliver overall goals

Must be experienced in deck development, customer presentations and follow up.

  • Manage the business through the Broker Partner to achieve Church & Dwight strategic goals.

  • Provide leadership, direction and support to broker NBM’s with regard to executing division goals and objectives

  • Responsible for overall financial management (Siebel, Trade Spend, Deductions, Slotting, SG&A)

  • Build relationships at senior levels in key  customers to maximize CHD results

  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing functions

  • Assess talent of the broker organization on a regular basis and give feedback when necessary

Education and Experience                                                           

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

  • Must have a minimum 3-5 years of experience selling within CPG industry

  • Must have minimum 2 year’s managing brokers

  • Experienced account headquarter coverage  preferred

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management.

  • Position requires individual to have a thorough understanding of business financials and experience presenting to executive level personnel within their own company; and at top Retailers.

  • Must be able to self-direct to develop priorities and setting accountability goals for the team.
