Role Summary                                                          

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Arm & Hammer™ Animal and Food Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our animal and food production products.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities   

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print, and trade shows.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, webinars, and customer events.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and partners to drive brand advocacy and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to leverage best practices, share insights, and align marketing strategies across regions.
  • Drive sustainable sales growth and enhance customer retention through data-driven marketing initiatives and targeted customer engagement strategies.

Education and Experience                                                          


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in marketing management, preferably in the animal and food production industry.
  • Strong understanding of the animal and food production market, including customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
