Church & Dwight is looking for a highly talented, innovative, and collaborative Manager, eCommerce Strategic Content, with experience in the CPG industry. This individual will play a key role on the Creative Services team to ensure delivery of high caliber content to contribute to our eCommerce initiatives across globally recognized household brands. Our global brands include ARM & HAMMER®, Batiste™, OxiClean™, Trojan™, XTRA™, Nair™, First Response™, Spinbrush™, Orajel™, Vitafusion™, Li’l Critters™, Water Pik®, FLAWLESS®, Zicam® and TheraBreath®.

The Manager, eCommerce Strategic Content will report directly to the Director of Creative Services and partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute effective content strategies to drive online engagement, sales, positive brand sentiment and a best-in-class user experience

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 

  • Intake and manage creative execution of all digital requests from Marketing teams, E-commerce teams, and digital shelf teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functionals on Creative Services team and E-commerce team to compile necessary info for creative asset development 
  • Schedule and assist creative team through coordination all copywriting tasks and design deliverables for multiple brand teams at once  
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce team, to ensure creative content management planning is consistent with project milestones and timelines
  • Create, manage and adjust timelines for all e-commerce jobs and ensure timely feedback from all stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate business goals behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content and ensure objectives are met.
  • Organize, communicate and streamline complex review process across legal, brand and E-comm teams.
  • Work closely with storytelling Art director to ensure brand consistency and optimal images utilized across all assets.
  • Stay connected with industry trends and innovations and work with team to drive new initiatives that contribute to business goals
  • Effectively manage product content for 1,000+ SKUs across multiple retail partner websites (Amazon, Walmart, Target and more)
  • Prioritize and manage projects based on timeline, resources, and budget

Skills & Competencies:

  • Passion for best-in-class digital copy, imagery, design and UX
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Decisive with strong execution sense and superior communication skills
  • Energetic and highly productive with a positive attitude and enterprising spirit
  • Detail oriented and analytical with strong organizational and process skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


  • 8+ years of Digital Brand Marketing/ eCommerce / Content Strategy / Consumer Marketing experience with a preferred focus on eCommerce
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline
  • Experience with storytelling and creating compelling content and messages for different target demographics and personalization efforts
  • Working knowledge of basic SEO principles and design process
  • Strong project organizational and management skills to manage schedules, deliverables and deadlines
