Marketing Project Coordinator will work across the Global New Products & Innovation team on marketing project management to help bring to market new products across all C&D businesses.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, track, and manage sales samples creation for new product launches
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of meeting materials including presentations, display tables, signage, demos, and product giveaways as needed
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage and process invoices
  • Manage cross-functional artwork approval process
  • Establish and manage data information entry for new product SKUs
  • Additional duties as assigned based on business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2-4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in working in database like systems
  • Planner with high detail orientation, collaborative worker, and effective communicator across a large team
  • Bias to action, able to multitask and thrive in high ambiguity environment, and excited to work in consumer products innovation
