Job Title: Associate, Customer Strategic Planning
Job Grade: Co-Op
Reports To: Team Leader Customer Strategic Planning
Hours/Week: If Full Time, 40 hrs; if still enrolled for semester 20-30 hours
The Co-Op in Customer Strategic Planning supports the SBU team in linking the Brand strategies and plans to the Church and Dwight Field Sales employees. The Co-Op supports the CSP Managers within the SBU as they work directly with field sales for an end-to-end plan to manage net sales, trade spending and profitability across all classes of trade within the assigned strategic business unit portfolio of products. The opportunity exists for the co-op to directly own aspects of this link with field sales if strong performance is exhibited.
Co-Op Participates in the below Key Business Goals
Executing strategic trade and brand marketing initiatives across the Category
Delivering the annual Customer / Category Planning process, ensuring that all organizational requirements are met from a timing and data integrity standpoint
Managing workflow and information between Category and Field Sales
Coordinating the new product development process
Collaborating with Sales to develop profitable Trade Spending plans
Ensuring DSMPs are accurate and deployed
Developing deployment materials for the Sales Playbook
Skills and Competencies
On Pace to Achieve Bachelor’s Degree
Business / Analytics / Communications Majors preferred
Strong Computer Literacy (Microsoft Platform and analytic tools)
Developed Communication Skills
Action Oriented with Time Management capabilities
