Objetivo del rol

Gestionar y evaluar las solicitudes de mercancía de nuestros clientes asegurando que éstos se atiendan con la mayor eficiencia y el menor tiempo. Ser el primer contacto con los clientes para la resolución de temas relacionados al abasto de mercancías y generar información relevante para el negocio en relación con la administración de las órdenes de venta.

Responsabilidades:

  • Validación de ordenes de venta recibidas en sistema Vs órdenes de compra de clientes

  • Solicitud de citas de entrega a clientes (telefónica, vía portal, email, etc.)

  • Coordinación de requerimientos relacionados a entregas a clientes con los departamentos de distribución y almacén

  • Captura de datos en SAP relacionados a órdenes de venta

  • Seguimiento a confirmaciones de citas o reagendas

  • Colaboración en proceso de gestión de asignación de stock por clientes (Allocation)

  • Generación de KPI’s relacionados al área

  • Análisis de datos y reportes de seguimientos sobre cobros de nivel de servicio de clientes

  • Alta y/o actualización de datos de direcciones de clientes

  • Gestión de archivo de documentación del área

  • Atender reuniones de asignación de producto

  • Apoyo en análisis para proyectos y revisiones de negocio

  • Interactuar y colaborar con clientes internos (ventas, planeación, operaciones y finanzas)

Especificaciones del Puesto

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería o afín

Idioma: Inglés Intermedio

Experiencia y conocimientos específicos

  • SAP con experiencia en módulo de Servicio a clientes/Manejo de Ordenes

  • Nivel Intermedio a Avanzado en uso de Excel

  • Conocimiento del manejo de portales de citas de principales clientes de Retail, mayoristas y departamentales.

  • Habilidades de comunicación clara y persuasiva

  • Resolución de conflictos

  • Manejo de prioridades

  • Alta capacidad en análisis de Datos
