Associate Manager, Performance Marketing Analytics

Role Summary
The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing Analytics will help the organization understand how its campaigns are driving awareness, consideration, and conversion amongst consumers.

The ideal candidate is accountable for developing analysis with a focus on eCommerce, Paid, Earned, Owned Media channels as well as support our strategic efforts around Personalization and 1P data.

The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing Analytics should have strong analytics skills, familiarity with organizing digital properties for actionable measurement, and the ability to story-tell findings to broad audiences ranging from brand leaders to agency partners. We are looking for a self-starter that is excited about the chance to make their mark on a growing department.

Role Accountabilities And Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance measurement for portfolio of CHD brands by building comprehensive outputs to help stakeholders make their next best action
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Reporting Software, including Google Analytics, PowerBI, Salesforce, 1P data reporting systems, eCommerce environments
  • Create ad-hoc reports for a variety of analysis and insight initiatives that connect the consumer journeys across activations including websites, email, social, and ecommerce.
  • Assist stakeholders in understanding the importance of digital marketing measurement provide best practice guidelines for their general data strategy, as well as specific technical implementation.
  • Oversee measurement of omnichannel KPIs and establish internal benchmarks to drive business effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with IT and channel SMEs to communicate business needs for inclusion in data platform roadmap
  • Manage relationships and measurement routines with cross functionals teams and external agency teams

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Must have a minimum 3 years of Web Analytics experience, using Google Analytics, Salesforce, SKAI, Mediatool and other software is acceptable.
  • Proven history of delivering insightful reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics tagging infrastructure from set-up to maintenance
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with eCommerce and Digital content platforms and other Martech solutions around Personalization
  • CPG experience a plus

  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to lead a step change in company understanding of its campaigns
  • As comfortable handling the details as well as thinking about the big picture
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as with internal and external teams/agencies.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes across stakeholders, using strong interpersonal skills and a heightened level of communication.
  • Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into action and results.
