We are looking a talent to join the Marketing team as Brand Coordinator, this role will focus to detect and capitalize on market opportunities, develop and implement the annual marketing plan, through strategies that ensure the achievement of sales, profitability and market share objectives of the brands in charge.

What You’ll Do

• Leads and drives brand strategy and marketing plans through to execution.

• Constantly analyzes the main KPIS of the business and competitors (sell in, sell out, market share, price distribution, profitability), detecting opportunities in the category and sales channels

• Drives profitable growth of the brand through analysis of financial information, P&Ls, ROI establishing GM improvement plans.

• Manages a media, digital, PR and creative agency to define, analyze and execute media plans, communication campaigns and digital and PR strategies.

• Defines the correct price and portfolio strategy by channel

• Actively contributes to the S&OP process.

• Evaluate the results of each strategic action implemented

• Interprets and communicates the results obtained from studies and market information

• Leads multifunctional teams for the execution of projects, launches and campaigns.

• Adapt global campaigns to country needs and trends

• Direct contact with the international team

What You’ll Need

BA/BS/Marketing or Finance degree from an accredited college/university

Min 2 years’ experience as brand assisstant / coordinator in brand management or innovation at FMCG companies

Development and Execution of annual marketing plan

P&L management and ROI opportunities identification

Development of pricing strategy, media plans, advertising and digital campaigns

Development and execution of the Promotion and Advertising budget

Analysis of information from various sources: Nielsen, Sell in, Seal ut, market studies, Brand health detecting opportunities for the brand

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)

Strong analytical, financial, communication and creative problem solving

Able to embrace and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Excels at collaborating in a cross functional team environment

Willing to propose ideas and execute them

Proficient in Excel MS Office suite
